Hello! 

I'm Sydney — I’m a registered dietitian (RD) and a fitness instructor.

I work with individuals doing nutrition and personal training sessions, and with groups giving nutrition lectures and teaching fitness classes.

My aim is to work with you towards any number of health-related goals such as weight loss, sports performance enhancement, muscle gain, improved posture, and improved energy (to name just a few).

I’m here to help you find the balance between committing to a big enough change to stimulate progress but not so extreme that you can’t keep up with it.

Together, we’ll create sustainable and healthy changes.

Sydney’s classes are great for all fitness levels. There is a lot of variety & a full body work out in just 30 minutes. She provides alternate moves for many of the exercises so you can adjust to your own level of fitness. The classes are challenging, fun & never the same. Great way to maximize your workout time!
